Picnic at Hanging Rocks
Here is our local rock outcrop. The climbs vary from small and easy to long and difficult (I don’t know the current terms, we used ones like ‘V Diff’ when I was young but they don’t seem to be in use any more and I can’t be bothered to learn the new ones).
Surrounded by trees the rocks outcrops all over the place so when bored with one spot it’s not difficult to go find another.
There is a shop but I’ve yet to go and take a look.
It’s a good place to go for a picnic too.
