Gail’s Bakery, London
Gail’s Bakery is an artisan bakery chain started by Ran Avidan and Tom Molnar, which opened its first store in Hampstead, London in 2005. Since then it has opened 15 more stores across London, in Battersea, Soho, King’s Road, Chiswick and Barnes, amongst other areas.
In 2012, Gail’s also opened a Gail’s Kitchen in Tottenham Court Road; a restaurant serving a wide range of breakfasts, brunches, lunches and dinners.
Gail’s is most praised for it’s range of exquisite breads and delicious soups, ranging from leek & gammon to butternut squash and pumpkin. All food can be eaten at a table in the cosy establishment or taken away to eat while enjoying a stroll around London.
Every day, Gail’s bakes almost 30 different types of bread, from sourdough to garlic bread to rye.
A wide selection of sandwiches, pastries, cakes, cookies and other bakes goods are always on offer, alongside high-quality coffees, teas and other hot and cold beverages.
