The Saatchi Gallery in London
The Saatchi Gallery is a contemporary London art gallery owned by Charles Saatchi, located on the King’s Road, in London, SW3.
History
It opened in 1985 at Boundary Road, London, NW8, and remained there until moving to the South Bank in 2003.
It finally moved to the King’s Road in 2005. It was originally opened so that Saatchi could exhibit his personal art collection to the public, though it now displays a wide variety of exhibitions all year round.
Young Talent
It also acts as a platform for young and unknown artists to start their careers. Many artists exhibited at the gallery start off as unknown commercially and to the general public, but are subsequently approached by galleries and museums across the world.

The gallery is free to visit and is open 7 days a week from 10 am-6 pm.
It is easily accessible by London underground (Sloane Square and Victoria stations), bus (11, 19, 22, 49, 137, 211 and 319) as well as rail (Victoria Station).
