Royal York Crescent, Clifton, Bristol
Royal York Crescent is a residential street in the fashionable Clifton area of Bristol. The gently curving street has some of the highest property values in Bristol. On this street, there is a terrace of 46 grade II listed houses (now mostly divided into flats). Construction of the terrace began in 1791 and was completed in 1820. Princess Eugenie, later wife of Emperor Napoleon III of France, attended school in one of the houses in the terrace.
