Located at the junction of Bramhall Lane and the A6, The Blossoms is well-known for a great pint of Stockport’s acclaimed local beer, Robinson’s. The pub is housed in a triangular-shaped, former coaching house. It is now a Grade II listed building. The cozy interior is decorated with photographs of the pub and the nearby Robinson’s brewery. There is a small outside seating area.

The Stockport band, The Blossoms, take their name from the pub. They started out playing gigs at the near Alma Lodge Hotel and have also since played at the pub itself. The band’s first big hit was Charlemagne in 2016. The band’s latest album is Ribbon Around The Bomb released in 2022.
