The Finger Post is an historic pub on the corner of Hempshaw Lane and Dialstone Lane in Offerton, Stockport. Not quite as busy as it once was, this friendly pub is definitely worth a visit. There are no less than six separate drinking areas, three of which still have real fires.

History

A Robinson’s Pub since 1949, the ‘Post’ dates from before World War I. Visitors can enjoy a selection of sandwiches and pub snacks. The Sunday lunches are especially popular. There is a pool room, dartboard and a function toom inside. A spacious car park and covered terrace are at the back.
